Having too much coffee and not balancing it with enough water will have negative results for your waistline. According to nutrition and exercise scientist, Kathleen Alleaume, the facts are straight – we need more water and especially in the morning because of our metabolism, and the water will help the guts to “flush” down all the toxins and the remains that were stuck all night during sleep time.
