1. BENT KNEE FIRE HYDRANT

Your outer glutes will be put to work with this canine-inspired exercise.

Use a slow, controlled movement as you engage your glutes while you squeeze up into your hydrant.

This is an awesome exercise to target your booty and increase hip mobility at the same time.

How to get it done:

Start on your hands and knees, with your knees hips-width apart and your wrists stacked straight over your shoulders.

Lift your left leg up and straighten back out behind you. Then bring your left knee to a 90-degree angle and lift it out to the side at hip-height. Keep your core tight and lift from the hip using your glute.

Hold up at the top for a second or two before you bend the knee again. Then bring your leg back down to starting position.

Do 2 sets of 20 hydrants on each side.
