7 Killer Exercises For a Perfectly Toned Butt

2. CURTSY SQUAT
I just love the name of this one.

It sounds so cute and sweet, but seriously … this pretty little exercise packs a punch!

Get ready to feel the sides of your buns light up!

How to get it done:

Start by standing with your feet at shoulder-width distance. Pick up your right leg and take a big step back and across to the left.

As you do this, bend your left knee so that you’re squatting with your left thigh parallel to the ground.

Do 2 sets of 20 curtsy squats on each leg.

3. HIP THRUSTS

This exercise totally feels risque. Or maybe it’s just me.

Either way, these hip thrusters are a killer exercise to strengthen and shape your toosh.

How to get it done:

Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Press your lower back into the floor and keep your arms along side of your body.

Lift your hips toward the ceiling as high as you can, forming a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Give your butt a good squeeze up at the top and then lower back down to the floor.

Do 3 sets of 15 hip thrusters.
