Have you ever noticed red spots on your skin and wondered whether they are good or bad? We, are familiar with those moles, but we know they are harmless skin growths.However, these red spots are quite uncommon and normally occur in people between the age of 40-45 years. They can also appear in adolescence or childhood, but more common in the adulthood.These red spots are also named as ‘ruby points’ because of their color and also because they are itchy, especially when your body is sweating. Red spots on your skin are due to failures in vascular system and quite often they appear on your chest and arms.

Majority of the people opt in for surgery to get rid of these spots but what if you could remove them without any surgery?

1. Lemon Juice
You need a fresh lemon. Its acidic properties can help eliminate the infection, soothe the area and eventually remove the red spots.Just squeeze 2-4 tbsp. of lemon juice, take a cotton ball, dip and gently apply over the spots. Leave the area for five minutes until dry. Now, rinse with water. Do twice a day.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar
The mild acids in apple cider vinegar helps tone up your skin and restore its pH balance. The antioxidants in it heals your skin from all kinds of infections. Just take ½ tsp. of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. water, mix them, dip a cotton ball and apply. Repeat twice a day.

3. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera has soothing properties that treats the skin irritation and ailments. Just cut off a fresh leaf of Aloe Vera, squeeze out the gel and apply on the red spots.Leave it for 30 minutes and wash away with cold water. Repeat twice a day.
4. Coconut Oil
You’ll need virgin coconut oil. It has soothing capabilities that also moisturize your skin and makes it healthy. Firstly, clean your skin with gentle soap and water and dry it. Now massage with a few drops of coconut oil. Leave it overnight. Repeat daily before going to bed.
