Morning And Night Drink To Lose All Extra Fat In 1 Week

Morning drink recipe

To prepare this drink you’ll need

  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 glass hot water
  • Rock salt a pinch
  1. First grind coriander leaves
  2. Add this paste in a glass of hot water
  3. Add 2 tsp lemon juice
  4. Add pinch of rock salt
  5. Your morning drink is ready
  6. Consume it early morning empty stomach
    Night drink recipe You’ll need

    • 1 big spoon aloe vera gel
    • 1/2 inch ginger
    • 1/2 peeled cucumber
    1. Take aloe vera gel in bowl
    2. Cut 1/2 inch ginger in small pieces and add with ALOE VRRRA gel
    3. Now cut peeled cucumber in small pieces and add with aloe vera ginger
    4. Grind all of them
    5. In this paste add 1 glass hot water
    6. Drink it 1 hour after dinner
