The Famous Egg Diet: Lose Up To 30 Pounds In Just Two Weeks!

Eggs are one of those foods that we regularly find on food lists that help in weight loss in a healthy way. They are nutritious, saturated and easy to prepare. They say that with the egg diet you can lose up to 6 pounds a week.

The diet with eggs is similar to the Atkins diet, it’s based on high protein intake and low intake of carbohydrates. Large quantities of protein and vitamins are also injected into the body by dissolving fat deposits. There are several different versions of this diet. Some of them are based exclusively on eggs, but since such a form of a diet is not healthy, we bring you a version that is not based solely on eggs.This diet includes other foods that are arranged according to the following diet plan:

Day 1

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 zwiebacks,  cup of coffee or sugar-free tea

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk or yoghurt

Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 kg of green salad or cucumber, 2 zwiebacks
